Hi! I’m a graphic designer who specializes in localizing manga from Japanese into English. I take the translated text and format it into word balloons, adapt sound effects, as well as make sure other elements like signs, phones, t-shirts, and whatever the reader needs to understand the story come across as clear and readable text! Plus miscellaneous things like page layout, bonus content, character profiles, table of contents, and most other design elements originally in Japanese that need to be localized into English.
